Belkin 6-Outlet Home and Office Power Strip Surge Protector, 4ft Cord

Belkin has been a trusted brand in our home for many years now. I actually go out of my way to purchase Belkin because I feel it is one of the better brands. I purchased this surge protector just a few months ago and today it just stopped working for no reason. I am disappointed to say the least. I dont expect items to last forever, but I do expect a surge protector to last more than just a couple months. I know this item has several good reviews, but I would question how long they have owned theirs. Im sorry Belkin, but this one truly disappointed me.

Just got here and I plan on using them quickly

All plugs work, cord is thick, and 4 ft long. There is no light indicator, which I like. Im sure the energy saved is minuscule, but I do like that its not wasting any electricity at all to light a power indicator.

The product is really good and cheap too.

Simple and gets the job done. No problems at all.

I needed this for my bedside table, for my alarm clocks, cell phone charger, lamp, etc. It is perfect for little things like that. The cord is very short but for what I need to use it for that is okay. I wouldnt use it for anything other than something small like that. The main downside to it is that it doesnt have a flatter plug. Several surge protectors have that now so it fits closer to the wall, and since this will be going in behind my bed I wouldve preferred that. That is why it lost a star. Otherwise, it suited my needs perfectly.

You get what you pay for. I just wish each outlet was spaced out a little more so you could plug bigger things in next to each other.

Its a surge protector with no frills

I wish it was 5 but I cant complain as most cheap power strips or surge are now only like 2 or 3 ft. Its very nicely made and wider then some of the cheaper strips so it doesnt tilt over. U cant beat the price for 4 ft surge strip.
