One works great but the other stopped spinning soon after installing. Not as durable as expected.

but installing is not easy, of course, professional equipment requires professional installing so please dont try to install yourself unless you know what youre doing and your roof is sturdy.

Perfect for a hanging chair!

Used it for a nook style swinging chair indoors off a ceiling truss. Worked fine.

It holds a ton of weight. It is perfect for the indoor therapy swings we use it for. The only complaint from the kids is maybe it moves a little too freely. Im not sure how to fix that. I think its great!

This anchor is awesome. I have a 100lb heavy bag hanging on the anchor, and holds very well when in use. I was sceptical at first but have no regrets. I definitely reccomend.
