> 3 dayThere was a little paint imperfection on my order but I reached out to the seller and they sent me a NEW one very quickly. The new one was perfect condition. Instead of having me return the defective urn, THEY told me I can keep it or to donate it to a veterinarians office for maybe someone who can’t afford it! That’s amazing! Great customer service! Great product!

> 3 dayI could not be more satisfied with this beautiful URN and the velvet bag it came with. I looked long and hard for something I felt worthy of her and I’m so glad this was my choice. I see some people got theirs Engraved which is a nice choice to have. If you’re heard looking for your fur baby’s final resting place my condolences to you and your family, but feel confident that this is a great choice.

> 3 daywe bought this for our 14 yr. old labrador that recently just passed away. just to give an idea of how big it is. he was a very obese dog towards the end and all of his ashes fit inside, right to the top though so just perfect. the material of this product was super nice and sturdy i loved it - and it’s a twist on top. it was a beautiful urn to keep our family dog shadow <3 i hope this helped.

> 3 dayLucky was 15 year old rotty mix. We had to put him down bc of old age and could barely walk. This beautiful urn came on time and perfect size for my baby. He was 95 pounds and the large urn was perfect. An XL would’ve been good if you wanted more room. Otherwise, it’s good size.

> 3 dayWhen I first saw this cloud white urn on Amazon in April, I knew it was the perfect final tribute for my beloved little dog. I needed the small size but it was out of stock. I checked every day to see if it was back. Then I decided to contact Online Pet Urns for a status and got an immediate response that more were coming but a delay had happened in the shipping from India. I emailed them a couple more times and they were very responsive and patient to provide an updated status. It took another three months to get it here but it was worth the wait. I received it yesterday, July 18. It is lovely, the finish is perfect, and my heart is finally at peace knowing that after 16 years with me, she is resting here.

> 3 dayThis urn is so stunningly beautiful, the pictures online do not do it justice. When we got it, it was heavy, which tells me is isnt easy to tip. The lid screws on, and while I had a 75lb Labrador Mix, it was plenty of room. The opening it narrow, and took some wiggling to get the bag of ashes in, BUT it worked out, and it is great to memorialize my awesome boy! Just love it.

> 3 dayI bought 2 days ago with Amazon prime and just opened the box tonight, all I can say is WOW. I bought the small slate with pewter paw prints (I call it nickel) for my beautiful Maincoon/Tabby 9 pound kittys ashes. I am EXTREMELY PICKY and what a huge surprise to me that I am so blown away with the color, the feel, the look (especially the engraved paws) and the overall quality. I was so pleased that I had to get on Amazon and tell everyone that this is perfect just like my gorgeous boy. It had come wrapped and protected really well and it came with a purple velvet bag for the ashes but he was already in a blue velvet bag when I picked up his remains. It has a screw on top so you dont have to worry about anything falling out even if it fell, plus it wont break because it is not ceramic or glass but made of a solid material resistant to breakage. I just want to say that this urn made me really happy. I know that my gorgeous boy is in a perfect piece I am proud of. It may be hard to believe but the picture really doesnt do it justice, wait till you see it in person, you wont be disappointed

> 3 dayThis is a nice urn and a bargain. With 3-5 dogs at any given time in my life, I have purchased many through the Vets with the cremation process - very expensive and average looking at best. They have worked as the medallion oak boxes hold ashes of two large dogs and I have stored them in partner pairs - geez, that sounds awful! This one purchased for a female whom I adopted at age 8, she fit in but was always kind of a loner, not choosing a partner amongst the lot. choosing instead to watch them and boss them around. She succumbed to several years of cancer in April at age 14-1/2, a tough old girl! Found this one night checking out options, Its a nice heavy piece for the money. Our Princess Sophie would love it!

> 3 dayWe purchased the red pet urn when my older 12lb Schnauzer doggy passed away. I wasnt sure about the size & color but found the online selection more value for my dollar when compared to the in person options. The red medium urn exceeded my expectations, was a lovely bright red with ample amount of space that will beautifully holds my precious passed fur baby.
