There was a little paint imperfection on my order but I reached out to the seller and they sent me a NEW one very quickly. The new one was perfect condition. Instead of having me return the defective urn, THEY told me I can keep it or to donate it to a veterinarians office for maybe someone who can’t afford it! That’s amazing! Great customer service! Great product!

I got this urn for my sweet boy, Garcia, who passed away August 30th after 17 years, 3 months. Garcia was a 20(ish) lb. Jack Russell. I chose to go with the medium size one so he wouldnt be cramped in there, as he didnt like kennels. His ashes came from Rainbow Bridge in a nice felt pouch and the whole pouch fit in the medium urn with a bit of room to spare. Its a wonderfully made, high quality product and Im waiting to take it someplace to see about getting it engraved. I will try tp update this review when that happens, but I am waiting until I am ready.

This urn is a beautiful shade of purple (violet) and is really sturdy to I also like the paw prints going up the side. If you like purple then you will like this urn for your precious pets final resting place.

I had ordered this for my dog and came super quick. Its beautiful and exactly what I expected. Unfortunately I did have to return it because my dog returned to me in a beautiful wooden urn from the vets with her name engraved on it. So my return was not because anything was unsatisfactory.

This is beautiful. I cried when I opened it. My kitty Jasmyne would absolutely find this to be fitting for her final resting place next to her momma with me everyday. This is a beautiful urn, heavy and well constructed, of high quality and good craftsmanship. I ordered the medium size brass urn with vertical black paw prints and it arrived well packaged and sooner than I expected. I looked it over carefully and could not find any flaws whatsoever, not one. The brass surface is satin smooth, and the paw print engraving very nicely done. I really like that its hand crafted. You truly need to see it in person to appreciate how nice it is. The seller also included a lovely velvet bag to hold the urn and protect it from scratches if it needs to be moved or stored. I didnt know if the bag was for the ashes or for the urn itself, so I emailed my question to the seller. He replied within a couple of hours - great customer service. This is the first urn Ive purchased, as I buried my other three dogs in the ground when they passed away. I was afraid that keeping an urn might be too morbid for me. After much research and thought, reading and hearing others stories, I decided to give this process a try. I am so glad that I did. When shopping for an urn, I knew I didnt want ceramic that might break, so I decided to look for a metal urn with a lid that would screw on securely. I wanted it to look like a pet urn, but I also wanted something dignified and beautiful. And I needed something special enough for my sweet, perfect boy. Im very happy with the urn that I received. Absolutely beautiful and Im very pleased with it. I highly recommend.

Its bigger than expected but that is no issue. Just wish engraving was offered. Taking for engraving later. Beautiful urn.

This is a well crafted urn that was perfect for our pet. Worth the money. We are happy with it & have no complaints.

I got the purple one, its very very dark purple in person, which is fine. The paw prints arent as defined but it is done by hand (I believe) so perfection if not expected. We are humans and we are not perfect, however I am super happy with my purchase and I really hope my baby will fit inside, he was a big cat!
