A little bigger than stated 5mm inside diameter.

Using this drive gear to grip a brass rod. Nice. Set screws hold tight on extruder shaft. Used a standard allan wrench. Its loose in hex socket, too much force will round the hex.

Working well so far. Ran a kilo of carbon fiber through so far without issue. Do wish they had two grub screws instead of just one.

These have been working great as a replacement for the brass gears so far. I really enjoy the upgrade.

quick fix to my extrusion problems!

Description says 5 extruder gears when I received 4. Probably wont even use 4 but its not the point. Would like to receive what I actually paid for.

I got some of these to go with a metal extruder for my Ender 3. Theyre probably strong enough to drag a refrigerator down a hallway. Get some. Throw your brass in the trash.

I was hesitant at first because from the pictures they look like they only have a single grub screw. I took a chance because of the price. Was relieved when I found that they do have 2 grub screws. Easy to install on my Ender 3 v2 with upgraded aluminum extruder. I did have to readjust my esteps slightly, but thats 100% expected. Havent noticed any skips and seems to wear less than the brass one it came with.

Fit perfect and worked great after e-step calibration on cr-10s.
