Perfect replacement for sender 3v2. Old brass piece was worn out from clogs but this get it back up and going in no time. Will need to adjust esteps.

Seem solid and work great in my mk8 extruder.

I recently printed Delein with moderate success but when I switched back to TPU for a customer I noticed I was getting terrible underextrusion. Come to find out the Deleon has almost polished smooth the teeth on the brass hub. I have since replaced the brass with these and have gone through a whole spool of delrin, glow in the dark, and wood and teeth are still sharp. Highly recommend. Also the larger grub screws allow for a much tighter lock on the motor shaft.

Was starting to have trouble with the extruder skipping. Replaced the stock brass gear with one of these and problem solved. Cant really speak to the durability as Ive just started a print with the new one, but the improvement in extrusion was immediate. For the money you really cant go wrong if youre not quite ready to upgrade the extruder.

I got this as an upgrade to my CR-10S, which seems to work a lot better than the factory brass one. After installation all you have to do is calibrate your E-Steps, which I used a video by SanTube 3D off YouTube to explain the process. Afterwards I would suggest re-flashing the firmware with the new calculation of your E-Steps as some printers may vary, so you wont have to keep putting the E-Steps in every time when you turn off or restart your printer.

It seems like the stock brass gears are wearing down very quickly. These SS gears have eliminated a lot of extruder skipping. It might just be me, but I did not have to make any other adjustments to the machine other than installing the gears. One should probably recallibrate your esteps. I will probably get to it sometime soon, but at the time I was printing PPE 24/7 with 5 machines and they kept printing good quality so...

Slightly smaller than standard for my CR-10. Needed to play around with the feed rates to get the right flow. Dramatically less feed slippage though, and Im assuming the steel will be more durable than the stock brass parts.
