Ive waited for a while after purchasing to review this product so I could give an honest review, and frankly, this is a great product. After seeing a clip of the late John Meadows preaching about the benefits of intra-workout, I decided to try one for myself. Ive been drinking about 3/4 of a serving during my workout and 1/4 afterward. In the few weeks Ive been taking it intra-workout, Ive noticed significantly more energy in the latter half of my workouts and a much better ability to recover. Normally I finish my workouts feeling depleted, but I feel great now and the workouts have been flying by. The ability to keep up the intensity and have energy at the end of a workout makes a world of a difference. It also tastes good and doesnt make me sick, which is a very difficult balance to strike with supplements in my opinion. If youve never tried an intra-workout before Id highly recommend it, its already made a sizeable difference for me.

There are a ton of companies out there selling similar products and have to say this supplement didn’t disappoint. The way I use it is it with a post workout shake after lifting weights to get all the carbs, electrolytes, etc and the taste is freaking delicious. A lot will say they take before or during their workout which is fine as there’s a purpose for each time you take this. Now on to the taste because I’ve tasted hundreds of supplements at this point and this had one of the best tastes I’ve encountered.

This stuff is great. Perfect for endurance work outs. I road bike and run and this gave me good long term energy and hydration with no crash. Taste good too. Highly recommend.

I go to school, work, workout and play basketball - in other words pretty active throughout the week. This product is THE ONE!!! It has great taste to begin with. There is definitely a difference in energy, when I dont use and do use the product. In one of my basketball games, I played the whole game and felt energized to still go some more after. I can workout even longer, and if not longer, more intense in a shorter period of time. Just knowing its come from quality ingredients gives me a smile on my face.

So good! I use Intra-Fight as a mid-workout drink to help me keep up that sustained grind without gassing out so early. It tastes great and goes down smooth. No chaser needed! As cool as it is to have a good workout drink, Ive found that I really like it for those days where I find myself getting a little sluggish and my energy drops. Im out all day in the cold delivering packages and the temperature and winds can really take it out of you. When I feel my energy drop drinking this gives me the boost I need to help push through that! Would definitely recommend!

If you are looking for somthing to give you intense but steady energy with a load of hydration, this is exactly what you need. If you are going into a workout or hitting the mats for some sparring, this has everything you need to stay in game longer. It is a delicious taste and no chaulky feeling afterwards. 10/10 definitely recommend.
