The powder tasted great, I felt very energized for my workout and it didn’t upset my stomach like coffee or other pre workouts normally do.

Wow! I was absolutely blown away by Intra-Flight. To preface, I train 3+ hours a day, 6-7 days a week. I’ve tried about every Intra carb and hydration powder on the market and haven’t really enjoyed any of them. They either had crap, processed ingredients or didn’t provide enough hydration benefit. Along comes Intra-Flight which introduced to me by one of my training partners. For me, it checks all the boxes on what I need in an Intra carb and hydration drink. The flavor is amazing, the ingredients are top notch, and the performance I’ve been able to sustain in the gym has been fantastic. Love this stuff and I know won’t ever train without it. Try it out. This Acai Bowl flavor is incredible. Wasn’t expecting that at all. Noticeable difference with reduced fatigue and sustained energy after every use. Big fan of the all natural ingredients. I’ve gone through a lot of these endurance products and this one has hands down helped me the most.

This powder gives great hydration and rehydration for extreme work outs. Being light pink in color, it mixes well and goes down smoothly. The taste is very berry like and a bit sweet. I use it before and after my works and have noticed increased energy and better recovery.

This product is great. I train 5-6 days a week in Jiu Jitsu. I also train in MMA/ Muai Tai. My MT class is before my JJ class, so when I start that class at 515AM I start sipping on the BBN Acai Bowl and usually finish between classes. I do not have exhaustion or cramping issues. At 51 years old and needing to go to work after 2 hours of training in the morning, it is important to not be cramped up and to not feel weak. Thats what you get out of this product. The 2nd on January we actually rolled for an hour 12x, 5 min rounds with 1 minute break between. I sipped on the BBN and even though it was intense, I had the energy to do more things afterwards. Could someone nit pick things like the way it clumps when you mix it at first, or blah, blah, blah. Nothing is perfect and most crap either doesnt work or has some bad side effects.. this stuff does not. So get some good stuff and take care of your body.. Enjoy, I know I will..

I thought the product was very good overall. I think the taste is nice because its not overpowering like you get with some other similar products. I find I get sick of the overpowering flavors. I have had it a few times, including before a run, after a run, and after a night of drinking. I felt it gave me good recovery after working out/being dehydrated. I also thought it helped give me any energy boost before working out. My brother used it after a long night out and took some before running the next day. He said it helped him get him through the back half of his long run. Overall good product and good taste. Would love to see this expand and have other flavors in the future!

Really like this product for helping get through tough workouts. The flavor and ingredients make for a drink that doesn’t weigh you down. another product from this company that is ACTUALLY healthy! Love it!!

I have been using Intra for the past month and I am extremely impressed with the results. As an avid gym-goer, I am always looking for ways to optimize my workouts and recovery. Intra has definitely helped with both of those things. The flavor is spot on - not too sweet and mixes easily with water. I often work out in the morning with very high intensity, and Intra has been a game changer for me. Usually Im very groggy in the morning while working out, and only until I come back home I feel refreshed. But Intra really puts me in the zone. I get hyper-focused and am able to bang out many hard sets without getting fatigued. I have yet to try it for swimming, which Im sure it will be amazing for. Cant wait to do sprints with this stuff.
