> 3 dayThis is a big air purifier, I figured because it was a larger filter it would last. I have smaller ones (different brand) that last much longer. I have this in my bedroom and the filter is already plugging up. 6 weeks. Not worth the money and new filters are very expensive.

> 3 dayI purchased 2 different air purifiers one for my bedroom and one for my living room. I continued to notice that the bedroom still smelled like sleeping humans so I switched the 2air purifiers around. OMG what a difference. I’m a believer. I went to the grocery store and let it run, when I got home and walked in the bedroom I was so impressed. Highly recommend. I love this thing. I love fresh air and now my bedroom doesn’t smell like a closet! ❤️

> 3 dayWeve been using this in our great room for a few months now and love it. I noticed some reviews mention it being very loud but I havent found that to be the case at all. When it is on Auto I cant even hear it running. With that being said it is louder when the light turns red and it is actively trying to purify the air due to some odor/pets/cooking/etc. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and how it is working. We can tell a marked difference in our home.

> 3 dayWe had a catastrophic flood in the basement of our house which caused dust, dirt, and mildew to permeate everything. A friend suggested this air purifier and we could not be more satisfied. Right now it sits in the kitchen - near the basement stairs - and, when the workers come and start hammering, sawing, etc. it immediately turns itself on to a higher speed. Very impressive. We will be buying more of these for other areas of the house.

> 3 dayI bought this few months ago & put it in my bedroom. I have it set on automatic mode. Haven’t had to touch it again since day one. Works perfectly. Even when it runs on high mode it’s still quiet . Highly recommend

> 3 dayI bought this air purifier before taking on a home remodel/addition project in anticipation of increased dust. In addition, I have cats and dogs in the house so figured it would be useful in general. After some thorough research on purifiers, I went with Blueair and am happy I did! I love the auto feature, and just leave mine on auto all the time - its quite interesting to see what causes it to kick into med/high (like any time I use my gas stovetop - something I didnt previously realize was harming my air quality). Ive been impressed with its sensor, as any time the construction crew is sanding/working with drywall/insulation/etc, it kicks into high gear so I do trust that its doing a good job of monitoring. Its quiet, I really dont notice it on a regular basis, its a little on the large size but looks fairly nice so not a big deal to have in the main living areas. I like the color filter options, theres a noticeable dust buildup on both filters so its clearly picking up things. And generally Im quite happy with it! Note on odor elimination - the amount of carbon in the carbon filters really is not enough to do much of anything for odors. I dont see this as the intent of having the air purifier though, so ok with this. But dont expect everything to smell better. Cooking smells, etc. all still hang around - I have not noticed any difference in this.

> 3 dayI was impressed right away with how quiet it is but what impressed me most was how it efficiently cleaned up the air after having my patio door open a short while during this poor air quality from Canadas wild fires. Until then I had never seen the air quality indicator light display anything but blue. I wondered if it truly worked. Im so glad it has that feature...it cleaned the air for probably 30 min to go from red to yellow to the blue light again. Im a big fan from this day forward! I think Ill just leave it on all the time now

> 3 dayI bought this in preparation for California wild fire season. Its not a matter of if, sadly it is just down to when it will go down. So I wanted to get ahead of ut and be as prepared as possible. I got my first test to see if this machine could effectively remove smoke and clean the air of a ~2,000 sg. ft. home. Let me tell you, it was a small local fire that honestly I hadnt realized was happening and after a minute or so I looked and realized the purifier had kicked on (it is quiet and blends in like a nice white noise) when I saw the light had changed colors to red. I asked my husband what the red light meant and we the realized it smelled like smoke outside. We closed all the windows, and withing 3-5 minutes the living room (where we were sitting and our largest open room) no longer smelled like smoke. After maybe 10 minutes I went to the other side of the house to our spare bedroom where we had windows open and it too was free and clear of smoke smell. This is a game changer for us. We had friends who bought another device (its square and a different brand) that I had been looking at buying. I landed on Blueair after reading reviews, doing my due diligence, and determining the square footage it was supposed to work best with suited my housing better. Weve already started talking about getting a smaller unit for our bedroom, mostly because we have a gassy cat that will clear a room when we are trying to sleep. Its actually kind of brutal and amazing on what a small cat can produce.
