Blunt Classic, Charcoal, One Size

Very high quality umbrella. I get the feeling that it will not deteriorate over time like most umbrellas with shoddier mechanics and fabric. I almost hope that it is raining when I leave work so that I can use it! Kept me and two of my co-workers reasonably dry huddled together on the way to our cars in a driving rain.

I had already bought a black Blunt umbrella, one of the first to come out, before I bought this one. Unfortunately, I left it behind in the shuttle bus at my job and it magically disappeared when I went asking for it. Not that I blame whoever took it. It is beautiful, well made, easy to open and close, and sturdy. I decided, however, that my next Blunt umbrella would be a bright color, to ensure I do not forget it again in the bus. A friend already has the red one, so I decided on this yellow one. Other than the color, which I like very much, this yellow Blunt is exactly like my old black one. Which is a very good thing indeed. And, although it is not as windproof as Id hoped (it is very windy where I work and one day, coming in to work, a gust of wind turned it inside out), I have to say it is also very sturdy. Because all I did was put it back in its original state and nothing seemed to be broken or lose after that experience. So, while I cannot give it 5 stars, because it did turn inside out on me, Id give it 4 1/2 if I could, because in every other respect it is an exceptional umbrella.

Ive used Blunt umbrellas for years and they are the absolute best. Unfortunately i loose them often, so the bright red helps to identify them!

ZERO STARS. I honestly thought I would love this umbrella, but given that I purchased it, it hasnt arrived and there is no shipment information, Im going with one star. Next time Ill buy a gustbuster or something else.

I bought two of these umbrellas--I liked the different colors, wanted a backup, and thought the umbrellas would last a lifetime. The second umbrella that I bought broke after only two uses. The third time I tried to use it, in a downpour, it failed to fully open. It no longer latches at the top when I try to open it. I cannot see any difference between this newer umbrella and the one I purchased previously. I did not mistreat the umbrella and had barely used it prior to its failure to open. Prior to this I only purchased inexpensive, compact umbrellas. I have had rare failures with these umbrellas and only after years of repeated use. I purchased the Blunt band because I wanted an umbrella that wouldnt turn inside out in the wind and I also wanted a larger size than a compact umbrella provides. It does appear to be well built but after only two uses is inoperable. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this umbrella.

I get compliments on this umbrella all the time. Did not know an umbrella could be so good. The corners can wear thin after a lot of use. Only other con is that its expensive, so I was sad when I lost this. Tells you a lot that I immediately had a new one shipped.

Probably the sturdiest umbrella you will ever find. Super high quality. But GOD is it expensive. And heavy, which makes it awkward to tote around. But Ive bought two, so I guess that says it all!

Great umbrella however the Velcro strap to hold it close ripped off after two days of use which is not what I would have expected given the price...
