Product was easy to sync to our phone. We definitely enjoy the convenience of being able to use our phone but to turn on the lights before arriving home. The only thing sort of odd but an easy work around is red means on and blue is off. Maybe I’m just wired differently but that was strange. Product arrived quickly and the description matched the product.

I use this plug to connect my patio string ambient lights, so I can turn them on and off even when I am away from home. Very easy to connect to WIFI. I control them with the BNLINK app. which I find to be very easy to use. I am surely going to buy more same smart plugs for use in other parts of our home.

Was easy to program thank God because I am not all that savvy when it comes to electronics. I didnt even have to call my grand kids to program it for me.

This device works really well. I use it to turn our electric fence on and off. I have it set up with Google Assistant and use voice command to turn it on and off when going out to feed animals. We also have one connected to a flood light at the barn that is also connected to voice command.

Easy to use. App is super convenient. Highly rec.

The plug was difficult to set up using BN Link Smart but was easier using the SmartLife App. I had a dimmer issue and the seller kindly replaced the unit with another. Customer service has been very responsive and stand behind the product. I highly recommend the product.

I purchased 2 of these and even though my wifi is 2.4 it they both never worked with the app and never saw bluetooth?

Bought this to operated outdoor heating cable on roof of home. Connected to my Wi-Fi first try, easy to program and has been working as expected. Temps have been in the twenties and lower and the controller is turning off/on as programmed.
