Difficulty with getting the powder into my water bottles without making a mess 3 times a day. So i opted to send back and order a version of capsules.

Body tech creatine power is easy to mix and easy to digest with no after taste the un flavor you can mix it with almost anything great value for your money.

This creatine I would say has a flour like consistency, has a pretty weird taste and is very powder. The Optimum Nutrition Creatine I had before had a kind of like salt and powdered sugar consistency. All in all Creatine is Creatine and its a pretty good bang for your buck as of this year.

This is a good product but has no flavor and I have used the Fruit Punch version which has a good flavor profile but is twice as expensive as this product so I have to use this one due to the cost.

It’s creatine. Not much taste and doesn’t mix the best but that’s all creatine. Good amount for the price! If I can’t find creatine locally, I’ll definitely get this again
