> 3 dayThis creatine I would say has a flour like consistency, has a pretty weird taste and is very powder. The Optimum Nutrition Creatine I had before had a kind of like salt and powdered sugar consistency. All in all Creatine is Creatine and its a pretty good bang for your buck as of this year.

> 3 dayIve been working out a long time (since high school, over 10 years ago), and ive been a pretty solid 200 lbs for that whole time. I plateaued, and it seemed like no matter how hard I worked, or what workout I tried, I never really put on any mass, or lifted heavier weights. I was in shape, but not very big, and no amount of work seemed to help. I have never supplemented before, and this was the first time I have ever tried creatine. I purchased this item, as well as the bodytech whey tech protein powder. Within 4 weeks, I had gained 10 lbs, yet Im actually a little leaner than I was before. Every last one of my lifts is up at least 5 lbs, some are up 10-15 lbs. After 10 years of getting (almost) nowhere, to put on 10 lbs of mostly muscle in 4 week is unreal. I dont know if its the creatine or the protein or both, or maybe its just a placebo and neither one of them really do anything... but I dont care. Im lifting more and gaining mass, and these two items are the only change Ive made to my routine. In my book, they work. This stuff seems to mix really well, and dissolves almost instantly in water. Sometimes a very small amount settles in the bottom of the cup, but just shake it a bit and it dissolves again (or at least is suspended in fluid long enough to drink it). I would recommend using some sort of juice or milk instead of water though. Its supposed to be tasteless, and it is for the most part, but it leaves an odd bitter aftertaste that lingers for quite a while. I mix it with milk and the protein powder, shake vigorously, and it tastes great.

> 3 dayIve been taking this creatine for months now. The powder is super fine so easy to mix into any type of drink or smoothie. Has basically no taste to it at all and works the same as all the other creatines Ive tried, including more expensive ones.

Greater than one weekWhat an amazing product! Ive been using this creatine monohydrate along with my P90X recovery drink. In the past 6 days Ive been loading, Ive noticed huge differences in endurance and power in which I complete my exercises. Ive gotten a bit more defined, even. :D There arent any major side effects to this product, either! Ive been going to the bathroom a lot more, but thats just because of the water intake needed when dosing Creatine. Other than that, I havent had any problems. :) in fact, since taking it, I dont feel nearly as much soreness from working out. Its hard to restrict myself from weights. Right now, I feel like I could do weights twice a day! But Im trying to prevent serious injury. As for loading, I found the best way to be the 3 days of loading, then 3 days of no creatine. Ive read that this might increase the rate of muscle tissue development. When I dont use the recovery drink, I dose creatine with cranberry juice. Creatine isnt really flavorless. Ive noticed it smells like fish, and tastes quite bitter. I heard that using it with NO-Xplode was another great way to get results. But, after reading NO-Xplode reviews about the liver enzymes, Im taking the safer path. :) Overall, would I recommend this product? Definitely!
