> 24 hourThis is my first time trying a nano-HA toothpaste. I read about it and then my son said he used one. I have nothing against fluoride and have used a fluoride toothpaste for I suppose 63 years now. But, if there is something potentially more effective and even safer, I think its worth a try. This is fine to use although I cant comment on its effectiveness. I do think it whitens a bit better than the gentle whitening fluoride toothpastes Ive been using. I have bern using a toothpaste for sensitivity-so far I havent noticed increased sensitivity with this toothpaste.

> 24 hourLet me start with saying I use regular toothpaste, but with pregnancy and looking at fluoride effects on foetus, decided to switch to hydroxyapatite. It tastes great, doesn’t irritate my gums and feels the same as regular toothpaste. That being said- this is not a cure for anyone’s cavities. If you have cavities- go see a dentist and take care of your issues, because remineralization won’t cure your caries. Dental caries has many causes, including your gut microbiome and endocrine issues. Don’t postpone medical care- see a holistic dentist. Dental caries is a serious multi systemic disease that will lead to cardiovascular and other more severe issues in the future.

> 24 hourOut of the blue last year, I developed an allergy to fluoride that sent me on a hunt for flouride-free toothpaste. I found Boka and really loved the scientific evidence of hydroxyapatite for cavity prevention as well as the fact that this brand didn’t use any artificial flavors or colors in their product. This is my 2nd time purchasing Boka toothpaste. My first purchase was the Ela Mint, which I give a 5/5. Unfortunately, the Coco Ginger flavor is really lacking in sudsing action compared to the mint. As far as whitening goes, I haven’t really noticed any changes, though that’s not something I’m really interested in nor pay attention to, as my teeth look fine IMO. It still does the job of cleaning my teeth and making my breath feel fresh, but I prefer Ela Mint.

> 24 hourThis is a great option for a kid that doesn’t like mint! Highly recommend. It makes your teeth feel clean and I feel good knowing that it will make my sons teeth strong. I usually like mint toothpaste but this may make me switch!

> 24 hourI ordered all three to try the different flavors. They are all nice if you like the actual flavor. Mint tastes like what youd expect toothpaste to taste like. The Coco Ginger, if you like ginger, is very good. I was super impressed with the lemon lavender as its light and refreshing.

> 24 hourI am enjoying the flavor of this. It’s a nice change from mint. I’m not so sure that it cleans my teeth as good as other brands but it was a nice change for a little while:)
