I have a good hardware gauge in my shop, but it lacks smaller metric screw sizes that I find myself using more often these days. So this one seemed like a good addition. Well, it seems nicely made. The molding has a very precise look to it, though I havent checked it for absolute accuracy. The problem is, while it does indeed have holes for smaller metric screw sizes, it lacks studs for sizing metric nuts. That feature is SAE only. Admittedly, this infor was there in the listing if Id looked more carefully, but its still disappointing. If you primarily use SAE hardware though, this is a great and inexpensive addition that every shop should have. It just falls a bit short for metric hardware.

Love using this when I am in doubt.

These are easy bolt gauges to use. Just fit the bolt through to hole to get the size. And use the thread gauges on the side to get the pitch.

Used pretty quickly after arrival. Makes it easy for sizing bolts, screws and nuts. Would have preferred if it would have been made of metal for longevity and wear issues; however, it appears well made.

Very accurate and handy to have several in shop, toolbox, etc...
