> 3 dayI bought an Atom Pintail with the ABEC 5. After reading some reviews I order the Red Bones and the difference is substantial. I highly recommend this simple and quick upgrade for any longboard or inline skates.

07-04-2025We bought and returned 2 sets of Bones Reds Precision Skate Bearings and finally got Rush ABEC-7 bearings. Reds used to be as good as the Rush.

> 3 dayAlthough these bearings are extremely good for the price, they require near-constant maintenance to keep them running near as well as they were when I first used them.

> 3 dayBearings act different all differents set ups so heres my board:silver trucks real tight, Ricta 54mm hard wheels and, an ejoi deck 7.75 ins wide. before i got these i rode some speed demons-abec3 and abec5s. they were good and >CHEAP<. One of my friends had a set of reds and thats what pushed me to get these. ive had mine for about a week they are not completely broken in yet but they are fast. they are not the fastest Ive seen but they are up there. I am mostly just ride around the town but I can do a handull of tricks and at first it was a little difficult keeping the board under my feet while landing ,but I got ued to it quick. these are GREAT bearing I would recomend them to anyone who wants high quality bearings for a low price. GO SKATE! -JoJo

> 3 dayRedz are probably the best bearings you can get without paying a fortune. Seriously, unless youre a pro in need of high performance parts (which I already know youre not because a pro wouldnt need to read an amazon review on these, theyve already used them and probably still do), there is no reason to buy anything other than redz. I usually get second-hand boards so I always put a new set of redz in before doing anything else. No matter what kind of board you have, you can make it feel brand new with a set of redz. I will never buy another brand of bearings.

> 3 dayHonestly, I only purchsed these to replace the worn out sealed sector 9 stock bearings. They work amazingly, for about 2 weeks. Then, it really starts to get sluggish. I clean them on a regular basis, and use the speed cream, but they are really cheap quality. If you want some long-term bearings, definitely invest in the ceramics. Absolutely worth the price if taken care of.

Greater than one weekYou cant beat China Reds (the nickname for them). You would have to bump up to ceramic bearings (extremely expensive) to get a better longer lasting roll. Just makes sure you know your bearing size 7mm or 8mm. Happy Rolling!
