They contain the odor very well. I am able to toss these into a trash can in my garage and never have any problems with odors.

We recently adopted an un-neutered male cat, and could smell when he had urinated in the litterbox from down the hallway. I considered using scented diaper bags, or even doggy poop bags, and happened to see these when searching for a solution - the reviews alone were enough for me to at least try a box, and at 90 bags for around $15, I decided it was worth a shot. These things really work! I tend to scoop his litter as soon as I know he has used it, and these bags seriously do not let and odour escape. I can toss one in the kitchen bin, and even my husband (who has a pretty sensitive sense of smell) cannot tell theres a bag of used litter in there, regardless of whether its poop or just pee... sometimes both. If you are struggling with smells from your cats litterbox, I strongly urge you to try these bags.

Found these after moving into a 3rd floor condo at the absolute furthest from the dumpster. I used a litter genie for a few years and hated it. This solution was so much simpler. The waste goes right into my homes garbage, no odors or mess.

They are all they are advertised to be. Very happy with them and am re-ordering after my first box ran out. I have 2 cats and one of them has poop that smells like hes been eating burnt rubber. When I immediately scoop and with these bags theres instantly NO odor. And I mean that. Ive left a closed bag on the floor, left the room, went back in, and couldnt smell it at all. Even in my main trash can that gets picked up once every week or two, theres no smell in there either. And they DO NOT leak yukko liquid stuff into the bottom of the big trash can. Highly recommend them.

Smaller than a grocery store bag but are great none the less. The scent is also an added bonus. Would recommend.

These are the best bags that Ive seen for cat litter boxes. They completely block the smell, have no holes, and are easy to tie. Its large enough for a litterbox that serves multiple cats. Its also perfect at its function for dog droppings. The price is borderline ridiculous for what it is. You can easily get garbage bags mean for kitchen bags. Theyre similar quality. About a quarter of the price. But I buy these anyways.

Now these bags are literally amazing. I know it says for cats but we use them for our dog also. Let me tell you something, you can throw these in your kitchen garbage can after you’ve collected the waste, and you will smell absolutely nothing. All that is collected throughout the week from 4 cats and 1 dog, leaves absolutely no smell in the garbage can’s whatsoever. Just amazing! My wife cleans out 3 litter boxes two times a day. (2 inside and one outside). She uses 1 bag each time and then tosses them in either the kitchen garbage can or the garage can in the garage depending on time. Strong, good size opening for scooper and won’t create a problem if extra litter gets in there. The reason I’m thrilled is because my wife found 4 kittens outside that were only a week or two old. She brought them in and 10 months later, they really have alerted us to some smell saving ideas...if you know what I mean. Luckily we came across these amazing bags. I’m thinking our neighbors walking by on trash day appreciate that we found these amazing cat bags also!? We spent the better part of 9 months trying different bags from grocery store bags to other cat bag brands. All of them left horrifying stench smells in the garbage cans. At one point I was having to keep both our garbage cans outside the garage because they stunk so bad. We would have to leave our trash cans outside all day with the lids off after trash pick up. HOA got upset because they were on the side of the house. Now, because of these bags, we keep them back in the garage. Without hesitation, we highly recommend these bags.

These cat waste bags are pricey but sturdy. They have a nice wide opening at the top that makes it easy to scoop the cat litter in. I’ve tried generic bargain bags but found they are flimsy, and a lot smaller than these. I would rather pay a few extra dollars and not have to worry about the bag ripping apart on me.

I know, I know. You’re like “why am I looking up cat litter bags on Amazon.” But let me tell you, these are a game changer. You could use plastic bags from the store but unless you check every time, most have holes in the bottom and then you’re standing in cat waste feeling grouchy. These are STRONG and LARGE (I have 5 cats and can clean all boxes with one bag) and everything you could want out of a litter bag. It’s worth it, I promise.
