Dry to moist. Works great

I talked to the company and am testing the packets. First test was putting the packet in a Mason Jar with only the packet and a hygrometer. R.H. went up to the desired 62% R.H. Will test with Jar contents next keeping in mind that the packets are rated for a specific amount of content. For example, 1 ounce of material that you are trying to keep R.H. stabilized at 62 R.H. Ill update the review but at this point, Ill increase my overall rating to 4 stars from 2.

Old item. Already drying out within days. I’ve purchased these before and they last months. This time within days each packet started to harden and dry out. Would not purchase again

Been using for years and they are definitely worth it. But I wanted to write this review to say, dont throw them away if they start to dry out or get hard. Put them in a container with water, but not in direct contact, to recharge in about 5 days. Brings them back to around 80% full and squishy again! Just recharged a few packs that were purchased a little over 2 years ago and viola! Also, safe for cure as well as storage.

These are great and have lasted a fairly long time for me. I’ve had friends and family marvel over the fact that our year old stuff still feels fresh. I’ll be a repeat buyer for sure.

If youve ever grown your own product you know that 95% of what youve purchased from other sources has been old, stale, dry, and poorly handled. Thats because fresh, well cured, properly handled product is vastly superior in every way. Boveda 2 way packs are a staple in each of my grows. The moment my product moves from soil to jar, Boveda is there to ensure the freshest and richest taste possible is realized. Trying to complete the process without this product is simply nonsense. The cost is at worst a pittance in comparison to the value the product delivers. BUY IT! YOU WONT REGRET IT!

Just started using these instead of the water pillows. I’ve seen these advertised & reviewed by someone in the cigar circles. I tossed them in my mobile humidor with complete confidence. I’ll update if any problems arise but not expecting any. Thanks guys , I’ll buy again !!

These work great but you must have an air tight container for them to work. If you live in a dry climate you will find that they stop working after your product draws all the moisture out of the packs. DONT THROW THEM AWAY! Just replace them first then take the dried/hard ones out and place them back into the sealed bag they came in with a wet paper towel. Seal the bag and let them sit overnight. The packs will draw the moisture out of the paper towel and back into the packs which you can then use again in the jar where you store your herbs.

They did exactly as needed, will continue to buy these.

Disappointed in Boveda. Arrived 70% dried out and in a plastic bag that said Stays fresh for 3 years. We expect these to arrive Fresh, not having to rehydrate them for several days before they can be used. No quality or inventory control going on there.
