I added 3 of these guys to a 2 ounce container of uncured dry bud. The bud was a little overly dried. After putting the 3 Boveda packs into the jar, the bud began to absorb moisture and began curing. It is now several months later and the bud is still in prime shape. Very nicely cured and plenty of stickiness. I couldnt be happier. All of the original terpenes and aroma remains very nicely in the bud I have used these with.

Bovedas came sealed and well hydrated. Ive been using Boveda products for humidity control for many years, and Ive never been disappointed. One thing I learned a long time ago is that after opening the bag they come in, its best to keep the resealed bag with whatever packets youre not using in another airtight container, like a mason jar. The resealable bag will *usually* work ok on its own, but Ive had them either come open a bit or I didnt properly seal them, leading to dried out packets. I havent tried recharging these smaller ones, but I assume they can be recharged just like the larger ones for cigar humidors.

Not only do these work exactly as advertised, you can rehydrate them for years to come. I think i have a set of packs that have been in constant use for over 6 years and with a considerable amount of volume going through it. The pack is a little ratty but the crystals continue to rehydrate. Just wrap it up in a wet paper towel and put it in a jar for a day or two and it will completely come back.

Been using for years and they are definitely worth it. But I wanted to write this review to say, dont throw them away if they start to dry out or get hard. Put them in a container with water, but not in direct contact, to recharge in about 5 days. Brings them back to around 80% full and squishy again! Just recharged a few packs that were purchased a little over 2 years ago and viola! Also, safe for cure as well as storage.

This product does everything it says but I dont feel like the humidity % recommended for herb storage(58-62%) is way too high for herb. They both make my herb literally wet in a mason jar so bad when I grind it up its like grinding up fresh picked herb and completely gunks up my grinder and makes anything rolled burn itself out constantly. Recommended humidty % when drying herb is 50% so thats where I keep mine and my grinder, rolls, and pipe all love it. Do not use more then 49% humidty pack on herb you plan to smoke within a week as it will smoke like you picked it right off the plant!

I bought the size 8. These work great. I wish I had used these before. Now that I know, I will have these on hand at all times.

My son collects and plays Magic the Gathering. He discovered that you can use these packets on the bent / curved foil cards. You just place a couple of packets with them in a sealed container and it removes the curve. As it turns out the cards have too little humidity/moisture which causes them to bend. Using these removes the bend after 3 - 5 days. The images are not perfect before and after shot but you can see how it pulled the bend out.
