The initial setup for printing from my desktop and laptop was very easy, however, I am still trying to get the scanning to work.

Printer works fine - but you cant get ink!! AND, it flies through the ink. I purchased end of October, and had to replace all the ink by January. Now, the black ink is completely gone already, and you cannot find it ANYWHERE!!! At this point, Im going to have to buy a new printer. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Very east to set up. Print quality is great. Love printing from my iPhone and iPad.

printers are cheap these days. its the ink that will set you back big $$$s. I am trying out the ez refresh this time around. was not impressed with a competitors version. BEWARE the ink recommended while checking out by amazon IS NOT the ink used by this printer !!! I found that out the hard way !! yay amazon !! still trying to recoup my money on that faux pas. No complaints on the printer itself. it prints scans faxes copies... everything I need at home. the utilities connecting to the computer are a little wonky but that may be a windows 10 issue and not the printer ... I am an HP girl so time will tell

I have no interest in an ink subscription because my printing is too spasmodic and the functionality of this printer seems dependent on this subscription. The settings menu isnt available when the ink runs low and it is very challenging to buy ink if you dont want the subscription. I have never owned a brother printer before and will never buy another one again...

I really like how easy this printer was to setup, and it all came in one piece! It was very easy to connect to Bluetooth and printing from my iPhone worked right away. It’s a little heavy and chunky in size, but prints great quality and very fast! Great for the price!

I have had the same Brother printer for about 10 years. It finally gave up. I found this one, similar to my last one but with more capability and am very happy with it. Installation was very easy, connected to my Wi_FI network, did a little configuration and testing via the color display and clear instructions. I am very happy with this Brother printer.

I am seriously impressed with this printer. I had a very small space in a side cabinet that I needed to fit a printer. This fit perfectly! It was easy to set up and quickly connect to WI-FI. I have been able to print from my phone and my computer with the touch of a button.
