Not user friendly.

The good news is that it is a very sophisticated machine. The bad news, is that it is a very sophisticated machine. I got this because I often have to make labels and I thought this would be an easy way to do it. Boy was I wrong. The set up takes forever. I mean, why couldnt they make a machine that is SIMPLE to set up? Yes, once you finally figure out how to configure it, it works fine, but why should you have to have a degree in advanced engineering just to use it? Come on guys, make things easier, not harder!

Works like a charm. Plugged it in, connected it to the computer with the cable, downloaded the software and the installation was seamless and quick. We dont require a wi-fi setup right now so will be using it with the cable. Works perfectly. Rapid printing of all types of labels. The print is crisp and bright. Later on, after the holidays, where there is less stress and activities, we will try the wi-fi.

Got this printer to label product with an easy interface from phone or computer (over wifi), it delivers and works great. Ive had it for a few months now and have no complains, it simply just works. I dont do heavy printing, about 600 or 700 labels a month, works like a champ!

Great product for the price. Ive been looking for an affordable way to create labels for our coffee bags without having to commit to a huge run of stickers. Not really able to do much for design, but you can make some attractive two-color labels.

Love the speed of the print, and the quality of the print. However, right before the busiest time of our season which is when I needed it.. a label was stuck in the roller.. it wouldnt print or cut... :( couldnt pull it out, couldnt dissemble it to a point to get it out. GET THE WARRANTY. Wasted a couple hundred bucks :(

Just bought this a few weeks ago. So far, very happy with it. Setup was easy, love the WIFI support. The labels I have printed have been great. Its VERY fast. Consumables look like will be easy to get in a variety of sizes.

It stop working after 1 month pass deadline of return. it is too complicated to use.

It works great, I can create any kind of labels and print them quickly.

I like it.
