> 3 dayWhile the concept is lovely for travel, the seat didn’t stay in place. It slid out from underneath my kids butts and proved useless on the first ride in our rental car. We drove straight to a big box store and bought replacement seats with a base that doesn’t slide. Even with the strap in the clips on the sides and the back strap for the shoulder strap, it just gets tangled once the kids started to slide. Just as a note for future buyers: This might be my own poor understanding of the product description and photos, but I had thought the inflatable portion was optional and there was still some structure to the seat. I would have not purchased the seat had I known it doesn’t have any structure aside from the air you put in it.

> 3 dayWe needed something safe and portable for a trip to Europe with our 3.5 year old. Hes huge for his age (42 inches, and 42 lbs.) so he qualifies to use the bubble bum even though he is not 4 years old. It rolls up very compactly and comes with a small drawstring bag for storage. I brought it in my carryon backpack for the flight, and have been carrying a larger purse on excursions so we can bring it around with us. It is so easy and quick to inflate! I bring it out when my husband hails a taxi and in 45 seconds (4 or 5 puffs) its blown up and ready to go! It doesnt take long to slip the seatbelt through all 3 positioning clips, and my son loves sitting on it. Once the cab ride is done its easy to deflate and I roll it up to put back in my purse. I originally bought the Mifold for the trip, but returned it after I realized it was not rated by the IIHS. The bubble bum has been great and I love that the case is included in the price (with the Mifold it was not). As a random side note this also doubled as a pillow on the flight since its reasonably soft with the cover on it. I cant speak to durability as weve only had it for 2 weeks, but I plan to use this for domestic travel now as well vs lugging the high back booster around.

> 3 dayI definitely appreciate the manufacturer filling the void for a narrow booster seat, with the bonus of traveling well, but it isnt perfect. Pros: It is actually 12 across, as advertised. I have found several seats on amazon with widths that are not their actual width, which makes it difficult to select a seat when you have major size restrictions The color is beautiful The seat is as substantial as you can get when going the mini/inflatable route. The material is decent quality, as are the plastic hooks that hold the seat belt It easily fits back into the storage bag. Cons: It is inflatable, therefore a bit unstable. I bought this primarily for travel in spring with my not quite four year old, but since we have had a terrible time finding narrow boosters for our new car, I had my 9.5 year old twin boys try it out. After they resigned themselves to sitting in the little pink seat, they found it tippy, weird, and some what challenging to get the red hooks on the belt. They both managed to do it after they were shown twice, but it took much longer than their previous boosters (Britax Parkways). It took a good 2-3 minutes, which feels like forever early in the morning when you are trying to get everyone where they need to be on time. They both managed proper positions without the need for the shoulder belt guide (thank goodness, because I couldnt handle waiting for one more hook) Although they both managed to sit their bottoms on the seat, my child with a more bubble bum didnt fit as well as my thinner child. Bottom line, this isnt the most comfortable, secure, or kid-friendly seat, but it does the job if you are pinched for space, in either your vehicle or luggage space. We need to be under 17 inches wide, and will be trying the cosco no back booster and the graco turbo booster with affix next...Just FYI, the Clek Ozzi and Olli are over 18 with the arm rests, just in case you were getting excited that it may work, with the advertised seat width of 12.5

> 3 dayWe went on a family cruise and needed a car seat for our 4 year old granddaughter. We just had short trips while traveling to and from airport and while at port. Worked perfectly and easy to transport.

> 3 dayThis was a last minute purchase for a city trip that we realized would likely involve some taxi/Lyft rides. We have the mi-fold high back booster seat from last year, but thats way too big to easily toss in a backpack and carry around all day. Plus, my child is taller and heavier now (a small age 7), so a backless booster is OK. The Bubble Bum was easy to use, very portable, and my child said it was plenty comfortable. The seatbelt came to the right spot on her body thanks to the strap on the back and the belt loops on the side of the seat. Well reach for this again for any trip that could involve occasional taxi/Lyft trips. I wonder how the Bubble Bum compares to the MiFold backless seat, which is currently unavailable, and maybe even smaller to carry around.

> 3 dayThese are great for Airplane Travel. We have three in boosters (7, 9, 10) and didnt want to check three seats for the rental car. These fit in carry-on luggage and were super easy to inflate when we landed. Stayed inflated for an entire week and deflated/rolled up in less than a minute when we arrived back at the airport. Definitely use the guide buckles, especially for smaller/skinnier kids, to make sure the seatbelt is positioned correctly. Note: for younger/smaller kids who still use high backs, this might not be enough support. It is smaller than a typical booster and doesnt have sides.

> 3 dayI love how small and space saving they are. Bought 2, they fit perfectly in the third row of my SUV with a rear facing car seat in between them. Easy to store and clean, perfect.

> 3 dayWorks well. Holds the kid snugly on the car seat. Inflation and deflation is literally a breeze. Deflating it takes as much time as it takes to pay the cabby. Does its job as advertised. The only negative is that it does not provide any side support for a sleeping child. Though the seat belt will hold him in place. Had to buy the Diono Seatbelt pillow on Amazon to go with it. The pillow did help but still not the same as the conventional car seat with side wings that a kid could rest his head on. However, this seat is unbeatable as a travel seat. Very neatly rolls up into a compact cylinder - the size of a large water bottle yet much lighter. Easy to stuff into a backpack and take it on travels. Doubles as a pillow to make the economy class seat more comfortable. It isnt very wide when deployed. So 3 kids, or 1 kid and 2 adults can sit in a compact car back. The adults cant even tell that they are sharing the bench seat with a car seat. Bottom line: The very best travel booster seat, however dont throw away your regular booster seat though. Your child will be more comfortable in the regular booster seat. Take advantage of the best of both worlds - at home on your regular booster seat and while travelling in the Bubble Bum inflatable booster seat. In summary a must have if you travel often with children.

> 3 dayI like that this product is very, light, easy, and very handy. We used it when we travel and needs to use uber or lyft. What i dont like it is its too low a little higher and bigger would have been great. By the way my daughter used this when we went to Disney world and had to wait for the parade. She was able to use this to seat on the pavement.
