Greater than one weekMy baby had a persistent heat rash and diaper rash combo that just would not give up. I tried so many different things, from drugstore brands to the expensive all natural/organic types, and nothing was working. After weeks of battling them I finally turned to powders (I had been apprehensive because of all the warnings regarding respiratory issues and such), but I searched for a talc-free option, and found this. THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS!!! If youre also searching for the solution to your baby bum rash problems, give this a try! Ever since we turned to Caldesene, weve been rash free. During the day, I apply the powder, and before bedtime, I generously slather on Aquaphor with his overnight diaper. Rash-free (knock on wood) and at such a great value for your money! One tip that I do have is that you should tap the powder out of the bottle and onto babys skin, but dont rub it or spread it around, because then it puffs up into the air, and talc-free or not, it may not be the best thing for baby to keep breathing in powder. If my review has helped you in any way, please let me know, or hit Yes under this review. Thank you! :)

> 3 dayThis is the best baby powder ever! I first started by using the J&J baby powder with zinc oxide, but then stopped being able to find it in stores, so I tried this one out, and wont ever go back! The pink bottles smell kind of medicinal, but this one smells like classic baby powder, and works wonderfully.

> 3 dayLove the scent but I picked these bc I thought they did not contain any talc. I know cornstarch is in it but the product does not say it is talc free so I don’t know if I would buy again

> 3 dayMy daughter had diaper rash that would not go away. First we tried desityn and that did nothing. We then went to a Doctor who gave us a Rx bc he thought it may be a yeast infection. It wasnt and we wasted another week and the rash was worse. We tried bordeauxs butt paste and that did nothing. We then tried Vaseline. That helped a little but it did not go away. We changed her diapers and still it didnt go away. Finally my mom told me about caldesene and said she used it for my sister and I as infants (30) years ago and we never had a diaper rash. I went out and bought some. After I started using it the rash was disappearing. Within 3 days the rash was gone! We have been using ever since (4 weeks) and no rash! I wish we knew about caldesene sooner so my poor baby didnt have to have diaper rash for 4 weeks! Love it and would highly recommend!

> 3 dayI used to use the Caldesene with talc and loved it, but I got worried about talc causing cancer. This one with cornstarch is even better. It smells better--fresh and powdery, not medicinal. Keeps me bits dry all day!
