This is the ONLY powder to use in doggy diapers....keeps my hospice fosters diaper rash free and feeling FINE!!

This is good for parents or care givers that are constantly changing diapers and dont have time or energy to deal with the mess of thick pastes. This works well for day to day diapering- but it doesnt really prevent diaper rash with my little ones. Id say about once a week I still need to use the heavy duty creams

This is one of few zinc medicated corn based powders available. My household uses this exclusively with water to mix a paste safe for use with cloth diapering to minimize or entirely remove possibility of diapers repelling liquids, which can occur from diaper creams and many liquid detergents. We use fleece diapers, specifically FuzziBunz and also wash with Charlies Soap powder and an oxygen powder booster. The downside is you have to remix occasionally when it dries up or runs out, but kept in a lidded container its not bad. Buy in bulk if you do this because you go through it quickly. Tough to find blue bottle powder in stores except some Walgreens, at least in Philadelphia. Other corn based powder brands like J&J did not provide a smooth paste and dried out more quickly.

My son has almost constant diaper rashes, but this stuff helps SOOO much. I have tried many different creams, and powders and I have had the best luck with this.
