CanaKit 3.5A Raspberry Pi 4 Power Supply with PiSwitch (USB-C)

Its little pricey for a usb power supply... but Im hoping its good quality and will last. I love the power switch. Id probably buy again when I get another PI.

This power supply delivers a consistent current and its pretty cheap too. I have no concerns about this power supply overheating or giving me any kind of trouble.

Its actually a good buy to help save your config files. Helps when you mount it behind something and need to reboot.

Works like it is supposed to. I guess this is one of those items that if you dont think about it, that means its doing its job. I havent thought about mine till I wrote this review.

Do buy this. Dont spend hours upon hours troubleshooting Pi 4 issues. Youre welcome. Note: If youre having issues booting from an SSD, this may solve your problem. There are a select few USB to SATA adapters and low power drives that work. So, a better solution would be to purchase a confirmed USB to SATA >>>POWERED<<< enclosure.

You get a raspberry pi 4 capable power supply, AND a separate USB C dongle power switch to turn the Raspberry Pi On and Off without having to unplug the unit like a Geico caveman !

All of the Canakit USB-C power supplies, designed for the Rpi4 according to Canakit, that I purchased from the Canakit website, are loose in the power port. They are also not reversible like all other USB-C connectors. The slightest movement will cause your Rpi4 to lose power.

Exactly what I expected, but that is because I already have two of these Canakit power supplies.
