It costs 20% of the ultra-premium paper, and performs at least 80% as well. When I die and my paintings start appearing in the Louvre and NY galleries, the fact that I am frugal will far outweigh any talent I exhibited in life.

Bought as a gift for my partner. He found this handy sometimes as opposed to using the framed canvas. Paintings look nice.

I found this paper will warp with acrylics, I use Amsterdam and it warps every time. At this point I use it for sketching or palette paper.

I used both acrylic and watercolors on the same painting and this paper held up great. There was no buckling or tearing/ripping. Also the warping was minimal. I have almost always used canvas panels but this is my new favorite. I would 100% recommend for anyone who uses acrylic or watercolor as a medium. Though you should be aware it has a similar texture to a canvas so if that what your looking to avoid then I would choose a different product.

It isn’t terrible expensive so if a painting doesn’t work that’s ok but it it does than it is really easy to frame.

Good quality. Thick paper. Does not bleed. I was able to paint easily on the paper. l will buy it again when I run out of papers.

It is what it is. Canson quality paper pads for oil and acrylic do exactly what you expect and would want. Just tape a page down to a board before painting especially with acrylics, and any damp medium as it will warp a bit.
