I honestly would give this six stars if I could I love that you can turn on the heat and shampoo with extra hot water. I have five dogs and I couldnt wait to get it to shampoo my couch. Was very happy with the outcome. I will be doing my car next.

This is definitely more of a spot cleaner than carpet cleaner but is quite effective and works for cleaning up the mess left from those 3am hairballs my cats like to leave for me to step on. It does however leave the carpet quite damp and does not come with any cleaning solution to try with it, so order some when you buy! You want the button to face down and you spray the amount of water you want rather than it being constant water and it has continuous suction to suck the dirty water into the separate tank. I did find I needed to use hot/turbo settings to get the carpet dry enough after a couple of passes. It has a good set of brush/attachments and unlike my old one, the hose is removable so it can be replaced without buying a whole new unit. The power cord and hose are a good length and between the two, I can reach pretty much anywhere in my apartment and the hot water option makes this better than my old one.

Pulls up small stains like a champ. Heats water hot enough you don’t really even need cleaning spray. Simple controls, fool proof operation. Self cleaning cap clips into place to clean the combo output/intake hose, pretty smart feature! Once it warms up a bit outside I plan to use it to clean my cars upholstery! Excellent little cleaner!

My kid mixed dish soap, Vicks vapor rub, and neosporin in to a thick paste using the arm of the couch as a mixing board. About one hour, and 5 clean outs later the couch is 100% back to new. We had the green bissel version of this before and it was not 1/2 as good. This is an awesome product

Fairly lightweight and portable. Easy to carry around the house or use in the garage. There is a power cord organizer in the back and hose organizer at bottom. A 16 feet power cord is more than enough in most of the scenarios. It’s designed for handhold spot clean/ stain removal. So a 6 feet hose is just about right. Water temperature has two settings. Warm and Hot. Suction power also has two options. Standard and Turbo. The noise reading is 79.7dB on standard and 83.3dB on Turbo. There is a hot water spray nozzle and trigger on the hose, behind the detachable brushes. For light clean, I spray the hot water on then remove it right away with the brush heads. For tough stains, pre clean with Oxi clean spray and/or HE laundry detergent. Then spay hot water to raise and dry the surface thoroughly. You can see the dirt and small particles being trapped in dirty water. It would dry quickly if I used a fan to improve the ventilation. It works the best on synthetic fabrics. Even for drying out old stains. Natural fabric requires multiple washes for good results. Decent machine for removing stains. Highly recommend it!

The two bottom buttons on ours do not work! It constantly beeps at me and flashes!
