Water is not able to heat up

Well hard high hopes but total disappointment! The spray from the wand is so Narrow that it’s half the width of the smallest attachment which means you have to go over the area twice to get a single stroke cleaned . Suction is mid at best , going to return the unit

I love the heat system on the machine as well. Works on shaggy heavy rugs that would fit in the washing machine as well. Takes a few passes to see difference.

This is an exceptionally well designed carpet cleaner which heats up water to better clean crusted and dried up spills on carpets upholstery, etc. I have been using it primarily to clean my sofa, love seat and chairs with great success. An old chocolate milk spill on my sofa was cleaned out completely. It made my upholstered furniture look like new. The reach of the hose makes it useful to clean my car using an extension. The water heats up pretty quickly and I really like the controls too! Excellent upholstery/carpet cleaner. Highly recommended!

I bought this because we needed a heated sdpot remover. The heating geature is great. The suction is less than powerful. Customer service was awesome.

Possibly just a lemon but mine refuses to stay on, immediately shuts off when I turn it on and Ive tried troubleshooting the problem many times. Havent even gotten one use of it.

This just arrived today, and I was so excited to use it on my stairs. Read all the instructions (more than once). The water will not heat up. That’s disappointing for sure. I contacted the manufacturer like the instructions say, but this will be going back. So glad I can get my money back on this
