This suitcase is used specifically for carry-on luggage and not check-in. So when people say its dented and has all these other issues, its usually because it is being improperly used. Its not meant to be tossed around like your regular luggage. With that said, for the price, features, etc, this is a tremendous value.

So far I’m enjoying the suitcase. It’s a tad smaller than the typical soft side carry-on bag so you have to be pretty good at packing. It does not expand nor does it have extra pockets on the outside. I’m a big guy-with larger shirts, shorts, etc…and I can pretty easily get 6 days worth of cloths (6 t shirts, 2–3 shorts, socks/undies) plus a toiletry bag into it.

It flowed effortlessly onto any ground surface, also I felt sexy…not sure how to explain, it was just the best experience I’ve ever had getting from point a to point b literally gliding on air. You’re welcome.

This luggage is beautiful, maneuvers easily, and seems durable. Its not the lightest luggage, but its not very heavy either. I wish it was a bit more spacious, but other than that, I cant complain. Definitely a great option if youre looking for new luggage. I will be adding the large check in to complete my set.

This suitcase was excellent in all aspects except durability. I used it for a single trip, for a total of four flights as checked luggage. The zipper ends that engage with the lock broke on the trip home. It looks like the zippers slid horizontally, shearing the locking zipper ends. It would be great to see the manufacturer make the zipper ends stronger for the models that are designed to be checked. I have a smaller carry-on model from the same manufacturer; its zipper has been fine, but handled gently (by me). TLDR: the zipper ends arent strong enough to withstand the abuse of checked baggage handling.

Zipper broke first time I used it ! Small one was not used . Did not put much in it . Didn’t like it bad Quality ! I would like a refund!

Nicely done! This is a functionally well-designed and aesthetically appealing modern carry-on. All of the hardware (zippers, handles, wheels) feels great to use. I dont typically enjoy packing very much and wind up feeling like Im just stuffing things into a bag, then cramming that bag into an overhead bin (with more or less success at either end of the process.) The internal dividers between the two halves of the case make even a quick packing job seem organized and eliminate that feeling of chaos when you open an overstuffed bag. The fact that its hard sided and well proportioned made fitting it into the overhead bin a breeze. Ive only taken it on one trip so far, but it returned with me remarkably unscathed. I hope that it continues to wear well and that it has good longevity.

Travelling in 2 weeks time, will report again on how it survives multiple airports and several long haul flights
