> 3 dayLove the look and quality. However, the wheels and handle parts take up good amount of the interior space.

> 3 dayI just bought this 24” luggage based on the sleek looks and good reviews. My 12 year old daughter picked it out and I do admit it does look pretty nice. However, it felt a bit flimsy when I got it and the quality proved to be very poor. I used it on 1 flight and it got the huge dent in the corner as you can see in the picture. I’m a reasonable person and I expect luggage to get banged up on flights. I’m also a frequent traveler so I do have experience with various sorts of luggages. This is the first time I’ve ever seen damage like this. And this is the most expensive luggage I’ve ever bought! Meaning you can get much higher quality luggage for prices way cheaper than this one. I contacted customer service and their response was that this isn’t covered under their warranty. So that’s $180 down the drain for me. Now I need to buy a replacement and no way I’m buying anything from this brand again. I’ve got 3 kids that are getting old enough to warrant their own luggage so I also think it’s foolish of them to lose this potential revenue just to save on a warranty claim. Buyers beware - these luggages won’t last!

> 3 dayGreat little carry on that I just received. Unfortunately it’s got a serious design flaw for my purposes. The spring mechanism for the outside laptop/iPad compartment depends on gravity to spring open when the buttons is depressed. It works fine when the suitcase is upright, but when it’s lying flat (like in an overhead) the mechanism doesn’t work at all, making that compartment inaccessible when the bag is in the overhead. I bought the bag specifically because that compartment looked perfect for my iPad and laptop which I like to access/stow frequently during flights. So that little flaw might be a showstopper for me.

> 3 dayEXTERIOR: These luggages are definitely a must if you are flying first-class/business. I now understand why women feel the way they do about their expensive handbags, because after buying these luggages, Ive been trying to find any excuses to show off my luxurious luggages! From the airport to check-in to having my luggages delivered to my hotel room, I have been flaunting these babies EVERYWHERE! And in every single business trip, Im always getting complimented on them or have someone ask about them.
