COMBINATION HARD TO SET UP, CHEAP MATERIAL AND FEELS LIKE A $10.00 SUITCASE

While I have yet to be able to use this for an actual trip (thanks Covid), I am slightly disappointed. The Samsonite brand has always been tied to sturdy, well built cases. This just doesnt seem to be that sturdy or well made.

What I really like was the overall feel and build of the suitcase. Something that I thought could’ve been don’t a lot better was the feel and durability of the handle. It is lose and rattled with every pull. Might be something that breaks down the line

This is my first Samsonite luggage bag and my first hardside clam shell case. The design is elegant and the Emerald Green is a beautiful color. The expandable part is a great feature cause it does allow for a lot more luggage. The USB battery bank is a great idea and the case seems pretty resistant to scratches. The wheels seem to be an upgrade compare to other models of a similar price. The size is a little smaller then 22x14x9, it is more like 21x13x9 and expands up to 21x13x11

After one flight, the retractable handle stopped working and for the return trip home, the bag came down the conveyor belt at baggage claim all dented

This is a typical Samsonite great quality product. Very stylish and very lightweight at the same time. This is a 22x14 which is pretty typical carry on suitcase but remember, because of the 4 wheeler design of this carry on, this looks way smaller than your typical carry-ons. And because of the hard side surface, you cannot fill it way over capacity and theres no body flexibility like the soft side cases.
