Not a hard shell

First airline trip the suitcase had a huge break along the side. Very light weight and flimsy. I previously had a no name brand bag that traveled on over 100 flights. I though I was upgrading with the Samsonite - not impressed. The Samsonite cost twice as much and is not as sturdy and fewer features.

very fast delivery and light weight!

Arrived just in time for a trip from NY to MT. It is light weight and handled the airport rough handling with no issues. Rolls along with ease. This was a great purchase. Bought a second set as a gift.

Id do it again

We already have a similar Samsonite suitcase the same size as this and we love it. We need a second for a Europe trip so we ordered this one. It is not as thick of plastic as our old suitcase but we do love the interior pockets. The wheels are also not as big and durable as our old one, but this does have the dual wheel which makes it more maneuverable and stable compared to the little suitcase wheels some have. Travelled well and for the price point is a decent suitcase.

The zipper was faulty and completely broke the first use. What a nightmare at the airport with my clothing all over and no way to fix.

Once I saw how beat up the box was when delivered I inspected the luggage and saw the plastic around one of the wheels was broken upon delivery. I hope this doesn’t speak for the structural integrity for the luggage because if so this is very poor quality. I’ve seen other reviews with cracks around the handle and different areas of the bag so was hoping that wasn’t the case but it was. Looks like I might go back to soft side luggage or something that’s stronger than a Polypropylene outer case, like Polycarbonate.
