Ordered this suitcase expecting it would be durable and last a while. Unfortunately, it didn’t last past trip number two. I expected more from Samonsite.

Purchased this for my father, and at first glance, it’s a beautiful suitcase. However, after only 1 trip, the handle snapped off! Of course, the return window closed mere days before he returned home with the broken suitcase. Not made well, very poor quality, I wish I had listened to the other reviews. Extremely displeased.

Samsonite has a good reputation but this bag has a serious fault. When unzipping to widen it, the spinner four wheel does not ride as planned or at least when it is not unzipped. Terrible in that part

The wrong color was sent. I asked for Caribbean blue and it’s definitely teal. I’m not . I already traveled with the item but these details should be double checked, also event though it works the handle has a haggle that makes it seem fragile but it works.

I was never a name brand person but going from a generic model online to this one was night and day I travel 3 out of 4 weeks for work and this is amazing case. I weight 245 lbs and can sit on it without issue. Great suit case.

Purchased two of these for a european trip. We really believed that the hard shell would make it more durable and last longer. The second time we used them, we picked them up on the carosel at the airport and the shell was cracked open. The second one is really dented but hasn’t cracked yet. Would not recommend because the plastic is too flimsy.
