Centric Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Blue Slate, Checked-Large 28-Inch

I gave four stars because the color is not as it appears on the website, more of a brick orange, not as bright as picture shows.

Survived 2 weeks in Europe. Wheels took a lot of cobblestone punishment and still work fine.

Suitcase broke during first use and unable to return! Handle broke off the top and the extender zipper was broken when first tried to use.

We bought this for our holiday FL trip, absolutely loved it!

I want to know if it has guarantee. I just bought in may, bring to Ecuador, then travel to Spain and when we return you can see the picture, damage.

Taken this on a couple trips so far. Works just fine. Sturdy and maneuverable.

Trying to get warranty assist thru Amazon, but crickets so far on supporting that request.

The zipper inside had the little bit you hold to open and close the zipper missing. I dont see a way to get a new one without returning it, which isnt an option since I need it for traveling. I noticed another customer had the same complaint, so may be something the manufacturer should look into - better quality control.

I purchased this suitcase as a gift for my son-in-law, and he has repeatedly thanked me for it and said how the quality is great.

These surprised me, in a pleasant way. At first look, I wasnt too impressed. They seemed flimsy, and the zippers didnt operate as smoothly as they should. Im also not a fan of the type of stretchy straps used for keeping contents in place. But I road-tested these on a three week trip through Europe, and they turned out to be great in most ways. The concerns about flimsy construction were totally misplaced — these held up great.
