I purchased this set so that I would have all the needles I needed for some planned holiday projects. Ive very happy with these. I generally dont use DPNs because I find them too fiddly but on my first try out with these I found they were comfortable in my hands and the yarn didnt slide off too easily - there is just enough grip. I cant use bamboo needles because I am allergic/sensitive and these are a great alternative. A bit more than I expected to spend, but I am hopeful they will be a mainstay in my craft bag.

These are the only needles I will buy! Just got into sock knitting and wanted the smaller set. I do have the larger set as well.

I finally invested in a good set of Dpns for sock and hat knitting. The needles are lovely to knit with, they are slick without being too slick so the yarn glides nicely. The points are just right for use with fingering weight yarn without causing splitting. The case is cute and well made and the needles came with some pretty stitch markers. My next investment will be Chiagoo interchangeable needles.

I did not work with them yet but I love how they feels.

I dont use any other needles. The product quality is excellent and the action is smooth. Thanks

Im only getting a second set because I always get a bad case of second sock/glove syndrome, and Id rather get another of AWESOME needles than use 2 of the wood sets I have. I do have a lot of wood and nickel DPNs of the sizes I need, and theyre ok to work with, but the yarn just glides over these without falling off, and theyre much easier on my hands. I have Chiaogoo Red Lace Interchangeables too, and I stock up on cables for big projects and when I want to magic loop something. Those cables are simply a dream come true...

I have been working mostly with wooden dpns and love them BUT sometimes I need something that has a little more sturdiness and a little less grip on the yarn. These are perfect for me and I really love and appreciate the case. Its much easier to keep them safely stored and organized than the plastic sleeves the wooden needles have.
