Clover Amour Crochet Hook-Size I9/5.5mm -1048/I

Love, love, love this hook! It is perfectly ergonomic. I am a self taught crocheter for the most part, mom taught the basics years ago. What brought me to purchase this one was Im working on a blanket & for some reason my hook started snagging the yarn! Uhg! So I purchased 2 different single hooks & just wasnt happy with them so my search started.. I come across this clover armour hook with its really good reviews, well trust me the reviews are spot on! This thing glides through the yarn & stitches like butter! The handle is perfect for me seeing I dont hold my hook like normal, I never thought a hook could be so much better! Worth the price! I cant afford the whole set, but I can a hook at a time ☺️! Looking forward to eventually replacing all my hooks..

Ive been crocheting for over 40 years, and I have always used Susan Bates hooks. Ive tried other hooks, but none worked for me like those. But Ive been wanting a change for working on large projects so I can switch off and give my arthritic hands a break. I have tried the cheap hooks that look exactly like the Clover hooks, and they split the yarn, the stitches slipped off the hook while working, etc. NOT so with the Clover hooks!! So dont waste your money thinking that because they look the same as the Clovers that they must work the same. They dont. The Clovers are SO nice to use.....smooth working, no splitting, and very comfortable. I will definitely be buying other sizes!

Love the shape of this handle. Helps with the arthritis in my hands. Very comfortable. Will buy another one in a different size hook.

Needed this hook to start a specific project. The grip feels nice and soft and should be easier on my hands. Glad to have found the right size. Shipped fast too.

The handle is quite long so easy to control and soft touch so comfortable to use. More importantly, the yarn glides easily on and off the hook.

These are my favorite hooks. I was never picky about what type of hook I used and kind of thought people were snobby when they said theyd only use a certain type. Ha! Well now it feels difficult unless I use these! They are so smooth and dont get caught up in the yarn. Night and day from the regular hooks Ive been using. I have now switched over completely and crocheting is always a breeze.
