They are ok but dont expect to hang anything with any weight to it.

I am a teacher and I use it on the white board to hang pointers and other things to it. The magnet holds on good.

The previous ones we had couldnt handle heavy things and kept sliding down on the fridge. These are really strong. And I love the dark brown finish. Hooks are on the small side, which is perfect for my needs.

Wow, these magnets work really great on the fridge. Wanted to hang up leashes and a dish rag.

I placed these around my office cubicle and use them to hang plants, my bag, my jacket, etc. They work well for anything less than 10 lbs for sure (havent tried anything heavier).
