Based upon advice of savvy cruisers I bought these to take on a cruise. Since the walls are metal they work great and do add additional space in tight quarters to hang things on. If you are taking a cruise and have large numbers in your cabin I would definitely recommend taking these along. It actually held my sons back pack from the ceiling, note it was more than about 7 pounds, but nevertheless it surprised me.

These are the very best hooks ever! They are magnetic and very sturdy. They can hold various types of paper and charts.

I used these in the cruise cabin to keep track of all kinds of things. Perfect! Upon return home, found all kinds of neat places to put them in the house, file cabinet (purse hanger), washer/dryer, etc. Fairly strong for most things.

Were exactly what I needed to semi-organize my matchbox sized kitchen (scissors/pot holders/oven mitts etc) can now be put on the refrigerator instead of suspended from drawer and cupboard pulls. The color offsets an all white kitchen and were very well packaged, each magnet/hook came shipped in a separate box, besides the shipping envelope and all were set onto a metal plate that alleviated an issue that I have noted in other reviews, that of receiving the magnet/hooks being stuck together. Also came with pre-sized/pre-cut parchment paper dots that can be applied between the refrigerator and the magnet for those concerned with application or removal. As I am moving back to Louisiana in 2 years was not too concerned with that issue, but others may be.

Does just what I wanted. I used it to hold charging cables next to the computer.
