My son loves simply coding and has learned so much. There are other courses once this one is completed. The instructors are wonderful and great with our 13 year old son. This is the best Christmas gift we have ever bought for our son. We would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in coding.

I purchased this for my 10 year old nephew. After assisting him with the initial set-up, he has manage to navigate the program on his own. It is very engaging and easy to follow along for a beginner as he has no other experience with coding. It does require internet for use, so this is definitely better as a home project or for use in areas with wifi access. He has easily navigated the program lessons, but there is also live chat assistance when needed. All-in-all a good buy with hours of educational entertainment available.

I picked this software up for my 18 year old daughter. Shes a freshman in a college graphic art degree. She loves learning code. She told me this program was confusing to her, but added that she already knew how to write HTML which is part of the Javascript in this program. So trying to run through it already knowing how to do it was confusing to her. So I signed in and gave it a whirl. I was confused at first until I understood how the program works. Its a little dated in its layout - for instance once you finish a lesson you have to scroll all the way back up to the top to click on the next lesson. It would be nice to have a smoother interface - but Im here to review the content. And the couple of lessons I did were very clear and easy to follow. For me - Im not sure a younger child would follow as easily but then again, if theyre into this stuff, theyll figure it out. In addition to the written lesson theres a video overview to help you our on each lesson as well.

My sons have been wanting to learn coding for a long time, so after doing my research I finally decided to try this one out. My 13 y.o is very happy and he has been able to complete the first lesson all on his own. He says he likes it a lot and he is asking for Phyton for when he finishes this course. My 12 y.o is about to begin the course but Im sure he wont have any issues either.

This was exactly what we were looking for! Perfect for my 11 year old son. I wanted to use something that gets him into coding to create a game and this was it! I would definitely recommend this software!

My son and I have been working together through the lessons. In a short time, his grasp of coding concepts has vastly improved. We finished the Pong game and immediately set to tinkering, changing the graphics, sounds, etc in order to make it his own. In doing so, we both developed a better understanding of the code. We have finished the fish game, which before it was even done, had been changed into a scuba diving game including a graphic of my son as the diver! Every night he asks if we can do more coding. We have tried other courses, usually they end up being subscriptions to online forums. This is a complete course with individual lessons, excellent customer support and service and Seth, the owner, is as nice as they come. Highly recommended!

This product is advertised for kids 11 years and older. As an adult, I wanted to learn Javascript so I purchased this, thinking it would be somewhat easy to understand, since it’s made for kids. I’m NOT computer illiterate and yet the lessons and instructions seem to assume that the user already is familiar with website-building. Unless you already know quite a bit about creating websites, I don’t recommend picking this up. It created a lot of frustration and questions and it was painstakingly slow to go through the lessons. UGH!

I purchased for my teenage son. He opened it, checked it out once & never touched again. Not sure if it was to hard or to easy. It certainly didn’t entertain him. Not worth purchase.
