The battery Melted and ruined my controller, and i am out of the return window.

So far there are no dislikes at all. Simple easy straight forward.

I haven’t even had this item a month and It’s already not working, when I put my controller on it the lights flash, and no matter how I adjust the controller it will not work. I’ve even tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it still doesn’t charge

His controllers are now always charged. This gives him great joy and happiness. I definitely recommend.

Kudos to the manufacturer for making a superbly designed and executed product. Im fond of the saying, make it idiot-proof and along comes a better idiot! Well, thats where I come in. Try as I did to screw up the battery polarity, the design and directions make it impossible. The battery covers are molded to precise tolerances and snapped into place with satisfying clicks. Due to space constraints, I was forced to park the unit in a nano-sized spot between the wall of my home theater cabinet and receiver, with very little headroom to reach in with my hand. This dock makes that easy. Its not a magnetic connection between the battery covers and contact points, but the ergonomics and connections still feel perfect. Whether its the rear or front slot, the controllers always dock and un-dock effortlessly. The LEDs are big, bright and intuitive -- easily seen by my tired old eyes from twelve feet away. Another bonus is the quality rubber feet on the bottom of the unit. Every other dock (most recently the Razer / Controller Gear magnetic) has slid into the cabinet if bumped even the slightest bit when docking, forcing me to use a second hand to hold it in place (a Cadillac problem for sure, but tedious nonetheless!!) Not so with this dock; the feet keep the unit from retreating every time. I highly recommend this accessory (even though I have yet to put the batteries through their paces). Happy gaming!

Super useful, the led’s are really cool and add a nice appeal, easy to set up and great for gaming, great product.

Works great. Easy set up. Controller was still 3/4 charged after about 6 hours of gaming. Clear indication on front if the controller is charged or not. Really great value for the price, imho.

I haven’t used rechargeable batteries for my Xbox controller in years because they always seem to fail quickly. I just got these so I’ll have to come back in 6 months or so to give an update but as of now I’m super impressed. Everything you need is included and so easy to install a toddler could do it! It’s my opinion this is a must have for a daily gamer.
