This charger works great. It been used daily for a few weeks without issue.

I have bought atleast 2 rechargeable batteries that were the Xbox brand and both stopped charging in a month. I bought this on a whim and it has been fantastic. It has already worked longer then any charger I have bought from Xbox.

The charging cord is a USB-C to a USB cord, the -C connection goes into the dock side and the USB can then plug into a charger block (not included) or into a computer/XBox/power strip with a USB charging port. The cord is not very long though, maybe 3 feet. the USB-C side did give me a little issue with fitment at first, affecting the charger but once that situation was corrected it works as intended.

We had been using just regular rechargeable Energizer batteries for the longest time in our controllers but noticed that we had to change them out a little too often than we would like. I looked into getting another type of rechargeable unit and chose this one. This is a great unit. Has worked very well for us with no issues so far. My son tells me that they last a lot longer than the regular rechargeable batteries and are quick to recharge. Hes very happy with it and if hes happy then Im happy. :)

This review is for the product and not retailer. I have purchased two of these. The first one arrived, batteries were dead. Placed on charger, red light flashed and continued to flash for six hours. Checked the internet and found that it has to be solid red light for charging. After six hours the batteries were still dead. Contacted Amazon and sent back charger for refund and ordered another one.
