> 24 hourThis purple 3 piece suitcase set is not only good looking but quite durable. I doubt te big one will get used much if flying due to the added costs airlines are charging to check in bags. Will definitely use when driving.

Good customer service makes all the difference! We took 1 trip to Europe, and it was dented the first flight so badly that it has a hole in it. Thats not very durable and the return/exchange window is closed. I would not recommend this product.

> 24 hourI’ve enjoyed my cool life luggage. The colors are great and the wheels work great. When I had a problem with my 24 inch after 1 year I was able to talk to someone on the phone right away. I was given an email address to send a picture of the problem along with my original order number and I had a new suitcase delivered to me at no charge within 1 week.

> 24 hourThese look very nice, they are light weight, most of the brown pieces are made with plastic except for around the zipper and underneath the pick up handle. Those are made with a rubber. The pull out rolling handle is made with plastic no comfy rubber underneath for you hands to pull comfortably but it is a very light luggage so that part makes up for it a bit. The four knobs that stick out of the side are made out of plastic. Also the code lock is made out of plastic except for the hook mechanism that locks the metal zippers. I think they look classy and clean.
