Update: I contacted Coolife customer service and they were more than willing to provide excellent customer support by replacing the damage suitcase and allowing me to keep the damaged one to avoid the cost and hassle of returning it. Im giving customer service a five but giving the product a four because although the customer service was excellent, the product itself was disappointing, as it broke the first time I used it. In any event, I am happy with the resolution. I puchased this luggage in June for my travel to Africa. Used for the first time in September and one of the wheels broke off at some point during my travels. While the body seemed to withstand the airport handling, the wheels did not. Now Im not sure if I can replace the wheel or if this suitcase is no longer any good to use on another trip. I have only had this luggage for 3 months, and only used one time.

The set is light weight, sleek, and attractive looking HOWEVER after only owning the suitcase for 4 months the zippers are popping off. A suitcase is no good if internal and external zippers pop off. I’m hopeful this 2 year warranty will be of some benefit. Wanted to love this set! If this zippers stayed on and/or if I don’t have to give my first born to deal with the warranty I would be back to loving it. Good luck

okay, well it wouldnt let me upload a photo. but on our way out of town we got into a car accident where someone t-bones us. the luggage was in the bed of the truck and the large piece flew out across the street. this luggage is durable and only had scrapes from sliding. the medium one had a corner pushed in. One of the wheels broke but was still usable due to its 2 wheel design per corner. id buy this again.

I am writing this review after an international journey. I had to buy bags for my trip, when I came across this set of 3 bags on Amazon. The price tag was lucrative and the people had nicely reviewed the product. So I went ahead and placed an order for this set. As usual, Amazon was great in timely delivery of the product. I used all the three bags for my last international journey. Smaller 20 (38 L) can be used and is ideal as a cabin bag. The other two sizes 24 (60 L) and 28 (99 L) were checked-in. As promised in the product description, the bags are spacious with pockets on the inside cover jacket. The zippers are pretty smooth and rugged. The rollers are super smooth and handlebar with button is working pretty well to manage the height of the bar while rolling. The outer case is rugged and only had few scratches after the journey which I guess is pretty normal for all the bags and is not even visible from distance. All the bags have TSA lock with them so no need of extra locks. Also, the 28 bag has extra zip which can be opened to increase the space inside the bag which is pretty cool feature as it allows more luggage to be added. All the bags are light weight and I totally love silver color on these bags! In short, it is totally worth buying in this price tag! Also, thank you Amazon for wonderful service!

They are rugged and yet beautiful. The wheels and zipper are very easy to maneuver. The outside shell is hard and beautifully colored and shiny. The interior has lots of pockets for storage of smaller things. I really like them and would definitely buy them again

This luggage set held up to the transatlantic travel, the many stops in between, and back again with only a few bruises. After reading the reviews about wheels failing I was a bit concerned. I’m happy with the color selection too!

I got this luggage and then our trip was canceled. So, I waited to write a review till I could use the luggage. I finally did and it does not stand up. On arrival I was happy with the luggage. Great look, wonderful color, lots of space, zippered divider, extended 2 year warranty, etc… Took it on a trip and found it doesn’t roll as well as my husbands (which is a different brand). His wheels also don’t stick out as much and are therefore less of a problem in overhead bins. I also think that contributes to it not wheeling as well and wanting to tip often when changing surfaces to leaning on two wheels and being pulled, instead of gliding along. The 2nd time I used the luggage the interior divider ripped below the zipper as I was zipping it. I’m not thrilled but, there is a 2 year warranty so I figured, not a big deal. It took me a bit to figure out how to contact them. Apparently it is all done through Amazon. For the rip in the lining (right below the zipper on the divider) they said that after “…Taking into account the long time and energy that it would take to process a return….” That I keep the product and they will give me a refund of $20 for the inconvenience. I let them know I don’t want $20, I want a fixed item. They wrote back and said after checking with a supervisor they can do $35 refund, but they only offer partial refunds for lining issues….. I’m not happy. Not with the product, the warranty or the customer service. Needless to say, I would not recommend and will be putting that partial refund towards a better quality of luggage from a different company. *****Update after the above review: After leaving a 1 star review Coollife called me and told me they they felt bad about the issue and wanted to offer me an additional $30 refund. I said okay, and then they told me I would need to delete my review or update it to 4-5 stars and then they would issue the refund. I politely told them that I would not delete or give them 4-5 stars for a $30 payment. I was then asked if I would update to 4-5 stars or delete my review for a new piece of luggage to replace the one that was damaged. I let them know I would delete my review but not upgrade their stars if they fixed it by replacing my 28” which is currently the problem. The man let me know they would send it as soon as I deleted it. I asked him to wait and took screenshots of my review before deleting it. I let them know I deleted it and then was informed that since I bought a set the luggage what they send will be different then what I bought since they will be sending one sold individually instead of in a set. I asked if it would be the same color at least and was told it will be similar. They then sent a link for me to choose. I bought a dark purple set. My options were: Caribbean blue, Charcoal, Radiant Pink, and Teal. None of which are even close to my color. I choose the Caribbean blue and will have a clashing set until I buy something else. I would say the replacement suitcase is a nicer piece than the set ones. More zippers inside the lining, a better lock, etc. However, I am upset that they didn’t tell me in advance and waited till I deleted my original review before giving me all the catch-22’s that I never would have agreed to. Also, I am upset that I had to fight with them to fix it in the first place. The set isnt bad for the price, but it wont last long term and isnt amazing. It is a middle of the road set where you get what you pay for.

They weigh so little which youll definitely benefit in airline travel. All three made it safely on 4 different planes. Super smooth maneuverability. No issues at all on their 1st trip. Wheels seem a bit like ones on an old school puter desk but they held up fine, they also roll when tilted. I looked at Samsonite and they seem the same. No odor at all and zippers worked perfectly. Good buy in my book.

First leg of my trip, and there’s a hole in my suitcase. Not really sure what happened, but really frustrating for my first use. Otherwise, great luggage.

These were such a good set to buy. Very simple and elegant. Material is good as well
