I bought this unit due to the increase in video service I do on weekends Must say it was a savior had a deadline on Saturday got it on Friday needed 90 DVD DL made came through no problems

This is very easy to use. Turn on,insert master disc, insert 1-3 blank discs and push enter. A few minutes later the trays open and your finished. One glitch when the readout said not enough room on the discs. I changed to different discs and it worked perfectly. Three had discs are not unusual. Have used it 6 times and made 3 perfect copies each time. I have more than 30 vhs tapes to transfer to DVD and will update this review it I have any problems.

It has been perfect so far. My church is using it to copy worship service DVDs and it hasnt missed a lick. Its quick, quiet and very easy to use. I would recommend it without hesitation.

The DVD Duplicator did not work too well when i got it, because it got tossed around while it was in transit to delivery, i called the shipper and told him what problem i was having with the machine, he figured out the problem and took care of it right away, now the duplicator work very well, It gets the job done.

Great product, great seller. Had to make almost 100 DVDs for a dance recital and the unit worked flawlessly. It found and noted any DVDs that wouldnt take the image correctly and I removed them and replaced them with others and I have nothing but praise for the duplicator. If I have any issue at all it would be that the description of the duplicator said that the DVD writers were Sony while in fact they were LG. Maybe the LGs are Sony units, but that didnt stop it from doing its job. Purchased from Amazon. It was this simple...you plug it in, turn it on put the disk you want copied in the top drawer, put the blanks in the others and you dont even need to push another button, it will start to copy on its own. It copies my two hr video in about 3 minutes, no hiccups, no glitches, just...perfect.

The Unit was damage and one of the duplicator slots did not work. Sellers helped me resolve the problem and issued me a new working unit and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I was.
