A great machine with lots of options to ensure your DVD is burn correctly. I wish I could turn this one in and get the 1 to 5 DVD burner. Had 1 small issue with DVD not burning correctly. Call customer service and the gentleman walk me through the process. Since then nothing but perfect DVD. God I wish I brought the 1 to 5 DVD burner. Pay the extra $50.00 you will be glad you did.

Ive burned 60 CDs and 35 DVDs for a local co-op. This 4-bay is light, very fast, reliable, one-button-push, definitely worth the price if you have to make media duplicates in any volume and time is a factor, which it always is. The LCD display shows copy progress, and more, which is a nice touch. In one word: convenient. You use a toaster for bread and bagels, right?

Excellent item. We copied family videos to dvd and copied them for our kids and grandkids. It made fast easy work out of the process. We made 90 to 100 copies the day we got it for our family Christmas party. They love them.

Easy to operate

When my mom died last year I came into possession of a whole bunch of old 16mm tapes, all old family films. I had them converted to DVDs but needed to make multiple copies of them for many family members. I was able to do it in record time with this little gem. It was easy as pie to hook up. Just put the original in the top, the blanks in the 3 bottom trays and push a button. It automatically opens when the job is done. Best investment EVER if you have multiple DVDs to copy. If I had had multiple copies made from all the tapes I sent away to be converted it would have cost me a whole lot more than these that I made myself. I highly recommend it.

Im a teacher, and I do lots of instructional videos for students - some do need to spend more time with a lesson than others. YouTube is a great delivery method, but not all my students have internet access off-campus. Being able to have some DVDs to loan out really helps meet their needs. With this unit, I can burn three copies of a master in a few minutes, and I havent found a bad copy yet. This device is a real time-saver.

Arrived double boxed, in some mighty strong cardboard. Works very well. I make 2-3 copies/wk usually. First 20 duplicates made (from live recorded master - church service) without a hitch. Thanks!

I have been in the process of copying all my old home VHS videos of our family onto DVDs, then I decided I needed to make copies of the DVDs for other family members as they wanted a copy as well, but recopying from VHS tapes again for each DVD would be a time consuming effort. So when I found this DVD duplicator on Amazon I just had to get one. Needless to say It is the best thing going for duplicating DVDs, fast, accurate and very reliable. I couldnt be happier. At the price this is a bargain, works great and simple to use. Also the packaging of this Copystars device when it arrived is nothing short of the best I have ever seen in electronics. I did have a few questions about my Copystarts device when it arrived and all I can say is they also have the best technical support around as Raymond (Tech person) was supper helpful. Great product and tech support. Gave it 5 stars but would have given 10 stars if I could.
