This book is very cute and could be used with either gender. I chose it for my son. Just a heads up for others, this has a specific spot that puts more emphasis on the grandparents than the typical baby book does. For me, I didnt really like that because I dont know my parents, so unfortunately my kids dont have those grandparents in their life. So thatll be blank in the book---kinda sad! Also, it has pages for 2 baby showers. With this being my 3rd kid we didnt even have a baby shower. But, I can just cover that up with photos! So these things were only concerns for me, not necessarily for other people. It is very cute and I would still purchase it again!

I received this book as a shower gift for my first son. I think the book is so great and easy to use that I bought a second now that Im pregnant again.

This is by far the best baby book I have purchased to-date. It goes up to 5 yrs old for chronicaling birthdays and has a section for each of the first twelve months where you can write the milestones, fun facts, things to remember, etc. The only part of the book that doesnt work for me is that it has two pages in two different sections dedicated to baby showers. One for me was sufficient, and I ended up using the other section to paste additional pictures. Love the book, great quality, and comes with its own keepsake case to keep it from gathering dust or to keep little fingers out.
