You can keep track of what you want with notes/milestone pages by month, as well as being prompted for certain things that one might not think of. :)

I bought this for my 5th baby. It has all the things you want to remember, and not all the junk you are never gonna fill out.

I found this on Amazon warehouse deals, it was an awesome deal and is very cute. Had everything I was wanting in a baby book, and was way cheaper then anywhere else I looked in stores or online.

Super sweet book but I didnt love it because it wanted too many specific things. If you are a mom who has time to document a lot then this is perfect! I needed a book that gave me less requirements as to what I needed to write. Im a minimalist and dont want to be required to document the date each tooth came in but still want to remember the big moments. I found a book at Hallmark that I liked better. I returned this book.

Cute book, pretty good quality. Some of the printing is not the best but it is a durable book.
