Came damaged and missing endcap

At first, I was impressed with how many features they packed into this little guy. I thought Craftsman might be making a big push to taking their good name back. To my disappointment, I then realized the bottom was not finely ground like some of my other levels and there were even some burrs left on the edge. The burrs made it seem really cheap, but I quickly ground them away and now its fine.

Fit and finish are superb to bring years of trusted use. Sturdy with grips in the right places. My landscaping stone project turned out perfect. No complaints.

ACCURACY

This torpedo level is a solidly built piece of material. Very easy to read, clear casing and large enough to read without issue. No measurement gauges anywhere on this -- its torpedo level and thats it. No middle notch either, fwiw. Good too to have in the toolbox though -- built well enough that I dont have to worry about it getting too damaged, and I do expect to have this for all my years. Good product, right size, well built, does what is expected of it. 5 stars.

Looks great and very functional. A must-have for any Craftsman fan.

very light weight . had it a few months and lost accuracy. a little bulky for the back pocket but durable. I dont like the open vial on top . always worried to break it .
