I ordered the kit. Came as pictured, no way to attach Bowden tube holder. Ordered replacement. SAME THING

Great upgrade for a 3d printer. If you have an ender 3 just do yourself a favor and upgrade to this piece.

did exactly what i need it to do easy to install

Went together easy but was missing a small washer. Iwould have given all stars if it weren’t for that. Lever has a solid feel. It has the Creality tag in the bag.

Extruder base does not have a threaded output for the fitting to the Bowden tube, I think I was supposed to put a supplied plastic plug into the non threaded hole and thread the fitting into it, that did not work for me. Put all the original parts back on and ordered the correct extruder. The printer is an Ender 3 V2 and it is in the list of compatible printers for this part.

This was easy to install and is much sturdier than the original plastic extruder drive feeder. The included friction gear was not necessary because the stock motor’s gear is compatible. This item should not be confused with the dual gear extruder drive feeder.

This replacement/upgrade extruder is made of high-quality parts which is nice considering how often upgrade components are complete junk. It works as expected and does a good job.

quick release claw breaks easily

I had read so many reviews about the factory extruder on an Ender 3 V2 failing within the first so many prints that I purchased this at the same time I bought my 3D printer. Swapped out the plastic one before I ever powered it on and havent looked back. So far its been smooth printing as Ive almost finished my first spool of filament and the second one will be here in a couple days.
