Excellent customer service. When I installled it on Ender 3 pro, I was hesitant that the LCD screen said Ender 3 only and did not show the pro, but the seller Cathy assured me that it’s the same software 1.1.8 for both printers. Very satisfied with the seller.

Really amazing drivers in these, heat brake cooling fan is the loudest thing on my ender 3 now! plugged in a CL touch and did the software update from creality site, no problem. Original board had a ton of hot glue on the connectors, take your time and use some ipa soaked q-tip on the hotglue to release it.

After 6 or 7 months and malfunction burned up and melted.

Ive done a couple of upgrades -- springs, bed leveler, several printed parts to organize wires, filament guides, etc. -- but this one has had the most value/$. I had a friend recommend this, as on phone calls he could hear the original machine running in the background. Its made a huge change in the sound level, note that it wont be completely silent because the power supply and other fans make noise. Take your time on installation (about an hour,) have plenty of work-space, and make sure to remove the old hot-glue that olds the old wiring connectors to the old board, also working slowly to move each wire one-at-a-time (many of them arent labeled.)

It really does make printing quiet. Best $ spent on upgrades.

UPDATE - it went into a boot loop the second time I put power to it. Seems like Ive waited weeks for this thing to work, with utter disappointment every time. They mean silent when they say it. I can hear the rollers on the extrusions over the motors, seriously. This is the one thing Ive gotten from Amazon lately that wasnt a complete disappointment.

Bought this, and now my ender is pretty much completely silent. Totally worth it.

Its amazing how quiet this board makes my printer. I had expected some noise reduction, but nothing like this. I usually sit with my back to the printer and now I feel I need to turn around every once in a while to assure myself that its still printing. All I can hear is the fans. It took about an hour to replace the old board with the new one. It would have probably gone quicker, but the old boards connections were hot glued in place and I had to break them loose. I plugged it back in, started it up, and it ran without a hitch. I think the display even looks a little clearer now - like they used a cleaner font. I think it was a good investment for me because my printer is in my home office so reducing the noise made it a better environment for me.

Bought this to upgrade my Ender 3 that was incredibly noisy. Noisy enough to keep me up at night. Id previously installed dampers, but they didnt fit correctly because of the lack of grub screws on the stepper motors. I kept hearing about an upgraded mainboard that could solve my issues without the need for motor dampers. I was a little skeptical, but eventually broke down and bought this mainboard. Honestly, I would give the thing 6 stars if I could. HUGE difference. The stepper motors are basically whisper quiet now. Strongly recommended!
